Reality star, Shirlene “Ms. Juicy” Pearson recently suffered a stroke that caused her to be rushed to the hospital to avert further damage.

The Texas-born is renowned for her characteristic catchphrases like “I’m The Queen of Atlanta Boo,” “Jesus Take the Wheel,” “Heeeeeey,” and “It’s Ms. Juicy Baby” and her distinctive look is complemented by her vividly colored hair and big jewelry.

The actress had to stay in the ICU due to her serious health problem since her vitals were unstable and required daily monitoring. However, her representatives recently announced that she was out of the ICU and on her path to recovery, giving supporters the long-awaited update on her condition.

The news that Atlanta’s celebrity had a stroke on April 28 went viral on social media at the time. Fans of the actress have since stayed on high alert after hearing the terrible news, waiting for updates on her condition.
Thankfully, ‘s representatives confirmed on Monday on her Instagram page that she was no longer in the ICU and had been moved to a different area of the hospital.

“We are thankful to announce Ms. Juicy has been moved out of the ICU, however, there is a new journey ahead of her for healing,” the post read. “We can confirm that Ms. Juicy did suffer a stroke.”

According to the statement, the reality star is putting her best into her recuperation and hopes to return home soon.

“Ms. Juicy is a very private person and wants everyone to know she is fighting and ready to go home,” the announcement added. “She wants to thank her fans for showing so much love and keeping her in their prayers.

Ms. Juicy’s Sister Tanya Evans Has Started A GoFundMe For The Actress

In the same post that shared the health update, fans received news that Ms. Juicy’s sister Tanya Evans had set up a GoFundMe to help ease the stress around the reality star’s increasing hospital and household bills. The fundraiser, which has a $25,000 goal, further confirmed that the star suffered a stroke.

“As a result, household and medical bills have been piling up,” the fundraiser page stated. “She has just been moved from ICU but is still in the hospital recovering for what we know will be a long road.”

“Although we don’t have a definitive date of when she will be out of the hospital and be able to get back to work, we do need your help until she recovers,” the description concluded.

Ms. Juicy was a guest in Little Women: Atlanta’s first season before becoming a full-time cast member in season 2. She not only starred as a cast member but also featured as an executive producer, appearing appeared on the series through season 6, which aired in 2021.

The reality series also cast Tiffany “Monie” Cashette, Amanda Salinas, Andrea Salinas, Emily Fernandez, and Ashley “Minnie” Ross in main roles, with the latter dying in 2020, after sustaining severe injuries in a head-on collision.

Following the death of Ross, the showrunners revealed that “Little Women: Atlanta” will not be returning for season 7 in honor of the demised reality star.
