Pat Stay Dead – Canadian Rapper Dies at 36
Pat Stay has sadly died.
The rapper, known for his rap battle skills, passed away at the age of 36 after a stabbing on Sunday morning (September 4) in downtown Halifax in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Police had not yet confirmed his identity, but his brother, Pete Stay, confirmed the death to CBC, via TMZ.

Authorities responded just after midnight, and Pat was taken to a hospital. He later died from his injuries, and no one’s been arrested for the stabbing. Police are asking anyone with information about the stabbing to call 902-490-5020.
Pat was from Dartmouth, Novia Scotia, and garnered a large social media following. Just a few days ago, he dropped a diss track dedicated to The Game.
The video includes praise from several rap stars including Drake, who is quoted as saying “Pat Stay’s definitely one of, if not, the best.”
Our thoughts are with Pat Stay’s loved ones at this difficult time.
