Selena Gomez Impersonates Miley Cyrus & Sings Barney in ‘Saturday Night Live’ Monologue – Watch!
Selena Gomez is hosting Saturday Night Live!
The 29-year-old actress and singer hosted the NBC sketch comedy series for the first time on Saturday (May 14).
In her opening monologue, Selena revealed that she reached out to “one of my oldest friends” Miley Cyrus for some advice about hosting the show.

“She said, ‘Just be yourself and have fun,'” Selena said in her best Miley accent.
“And I said, “Miley, is that just an excuse to do an impression of you on the show?'” Selena continued, “And she said, ‘Hell yeah I’m Miley Cyrus.'”
Selena ended her monologue by singing “I Love You” from Barney – which is the first show ever ever starred on – and got the audience to sing along with her!
If you missed it, Hulu recently shared some new details about the upcoming season of Only Murders in the Building, revealing that one of Selena‘s famous friends will be playing her new love interest.
