Lena Dunham is premiering her new movie at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival!
The 36-year-old actress and director stepped out for the premiere of her new movie Catherine Called Birdy on Sunday (September 11) at the Royal Alexandra Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

Joining Lena at the premiere were the movie’s cast members including Bella Ramsey, Joe Alwyn, Andrew Scott, Isis Hainsworth, and Archie Renaux.
Lena’s husband Luis Felber was also at the premiere.

Based on the 1994 novel of the same name by Karen Cushman, Catherine Called Birdy follows “14-year-old Birdy (Ramsey) as she navigates through life avoiding the many potential suitors her father (Scott) has in mind for her,” according to EW.
Catherine Called Birdy will be released in select theaters on September 23 before being released on Amazon Prime Video on October 7.
