Zoe Lister-Jones and director Daryl Wein are getting a divorce.
The 40-year-old actress, best known for her roles on New Girl and Life in Pieces, filed documents to end their marriage permanently, according to TMZ.

According to the outlet, Zoe filed the documents in court this week, after being together with Daryl for 17 years. They’ve been married for 9.
She is citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Previously, Zoe revealed that she and Daryl separated last year after being in an open relationship.
The docs also show that she wants to end the court’s ability to award spousal support, and Zoe is also asking the judge to confirm the judgment for legal separation filed back in May 2021.
Zoe and Daryl were last seen out together at the premiere of her movie, How It Ends, in 2021.
