DeMario Jackson, 35, is being sued by two different women for sexual assault allegations.

According to the court documents obtained by PEOPLE, both women claim Jackson used the fact that he is a TV personality to “lure the unsuspecting plaintiffs”. Both women, who filed as Jane Doe, claim the 35-year-old manipulated them as he knew what he was doing.

The first woman, a 25-year-old from Pittsburgh, states she met Jackson on a dating app. The two went on a few dates, and in February 2018, he allegedly became extremely drunk, so she allowed him to spend the night.

She made it clear to Jackson that she was not interested in anything sexually would, but claimed he was persistent and continued to make advances. Allegedly, he went as far as pinning her to the bed and sexually assaulting her. She said at that moment, she feared for her life.

The second woman, a 28-year-old from Cleveland, says she met Jackson in April 2019. The two began chatting on social media, and after a year, he asked her out on a date. But there was a catch — Jackson insisted the date take place at his apartment because he was a TV personality, he wanted to avoid being recognized in public.

The court documents state Jackson pressured her into having sex. She acknowledges she reluctantly agreed to doing so, but then decided she no longer wanted it and told him to stop. Allegedly, he forcefully continued.

The plaintiffs’ attorney Keith M. Davidson released a statement, saying:

“These women who have come forward with their horror stories of how they were brutally sexually assaulted by Mr. Jackson are the latest brave victims to share their stories of how a powerful male used his celebrity status to manipulate, intimidate and silence them. They, like so many other victims in the #metoo reckoning, will be silent no more. Justice must be served. We look forward to holding all wrongdoers accountable for their despicable and scarring acts.”

DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios On “Bachelor In Paradise”

DeMario Jackson has a history of sexual assault allegations. In 2017, “Bachelor in Paradise” filming was suspended as Warner Bros. launched an internal investigation into a sexual encounter between DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios.

“I am a victim and have spent the last week trying to make sense of what happened on June 4. Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place, which I understand is why production on the show has now been suspended and a producer on the show has filed a complaint against the production,” Olympios said in a statement at the time of the incident.

Later on, Olympios sat down with then-“Bachelor” nation host Chris Harrison to further explain her side of the story. “I would love for everyone to have a better understanding of me and my side,” Olympios told Harrison. “I’m doing a lot better. It was hard for me. It was really just a rough time for my family. My mom came out and is staying with me. I’m better.”

Olympios received a lot of backlash when she referred to herself as a “victim.”

“At that point in time, I saw myself as a victim of having something this serious happen to you and have the media paint you a certain way that you know you aren’t and having all these people make their judgments and comments and they don’t even know what happened or went on,” she said in another statement. “That’s what I’m a victim of. I never meant that I was a victim of DeMario. I strongly believe he had no bad intentions at all. It was all good. It was unfortunate that no one really knew how intoxicated I actually was at the time. I believe that nobody knew that. It was nobody’s fault. I was a victim of not really knowing what happened at the time. We were just really trying to get to bottom of everything.”

Jackson also spoke to Chris Harrison about the incident, saying, “It was difficult because I know who I am. I know I’m not that monster that they’re trying to portray on TV.

He continued, “Like Michelle Obama said, ‘When they go low, you go high.’ It was hard to go high. I had to do it because I train and mentor children and I can’t tell them to be something that I’m not. That’s what kept me going – and great family, friends, school teachers, people at the gym … it was just crazy to see the response from them. My castmates – Alexis, Raven, I think I FaceTimed Taylor every single day. There was so much love. I was extremely humbled.”
