The “Sin City” actress, while looking hot and not at all like a mother-of-three, has gotten fans addicted to looking forward to rare videos of her posting TikTok dance challenges like a teen with her 11-year-old daughter Haven.

The 41-year-old, in a throwback video posted to her Instagram page, twinned with her daughter wearing pink tank tops and white pants as they danced. The video started with the duo smiling at someone behind the camera before they began to groove to the challenge, with the star chewing gum while her daughter lip-synced the silly tune.

Alba captioned the video “from the summer archives” and thanked “@realadamrose” for the dance inspiration. The inspiration she thanked in her caption gave his seal of approval with the comment “SLAYED,” while fans took to the comment section to drop heart-eyed and fire emojis in support of the fun video.

Although the “Fantastic Four” star is loved for her dance moves, her kids do not seem to think the same way and have taken to comparing her with another famous face, as reported by The Blast.

The “Honest Company” co-founder displayed her talent in a TikTok video posted on Instagram, dancing alongside movie screen heartthrob Zac Efron which went viral while partnering on a tourism campaign. Alba captioned the video, “That time I got @zacefron to do a TikTok with me between setups while shooting Craig Gillespie for DubaiPresents.”

She joked that it took her at least an hour to learn it while the “Neighbors” star learned it in two minutes. She also told fans that the video was his first TikTok ever. However, her kids could not wrap their minds around it, asking their famous mom how a nerd like her got to dance with the “Dirty Grandpa” actor.

On the “Ellen DeGeneres” show, the “Into the Blue” star told the host how excited she was to show her kids the video once she got home from filming. Instead of being impressed like she thought they would be, her kids went, “Oh, Mom, why is he in a video? Why do you know him? Why are you in the presence of someone cool?.”

The “Mechanic Resurrection” actress jokingly confessed that her kids consider her a nerd and that her oldest daughter Honor told her that it was embarrassing whenever she tried to prove otherwise. DeGeneres humorously noted that Alba’s children’s utterances were precisely why she did not want any offspring.

The Hollywood sensation lets parents know that they can not raise their children alone without help and that there is no wrong or right way to do it. The Blast shared that the “Good Luck Chuck” star revealed that there is no manual for parenting, and she signed her teenage daughter up for therapy the minute she hit puberty.

She shared that she attended therapy with her oldest daughter occasionally and planned to start the same with her second daughter. The author explained to Glamour how therapy helped their mother-daughter relationship. She began to ask them questions about how she could be a better parent to them and keep communication open.

The “L.A’s Finest” star then had to get her girls onboard and comfortable with the idea of therapy. She did this by explaining to them what a therapist is, what it is that they do, and how they would be objective when listening to them because the practitioner is not a family member.

The veteran star also noted that she let them know a few things like, “I’m not perfect. I’m not going to know all the answers, but I want to be a great parent to you. And what you like and don’t is different from what your sister likes and doesn’t like. And I’m going to make mistakes.”

She also made sure to let them know that they could relax and bear their minds while at therapy because they could not get into trouble as a safe space.
