Lea Michele is a changed woman.

The “Glee” alum was once known for being “rude” to cast members and acting like a “diva” on set.

In 2020 she was called out on social media for her horrible behavior during the “Glee” days.

Samantha Ware put the show’s lead actress, Lea Michele, on blast after she tweeted in support of Black Lives Matter and the murder of George Floyd.

Samantha responded to Lea’s tweet, writing, “LMAO REMEMBER WHEN YOU MADE MY FIRST TELEVISION GIG A LIVING HELL?!?! CAUSE I’LL NEVER FORGET. I BELIEVE YOU TOLD EVERYONE THAT IF YOU HAD THE OPPORTUNITY YOU WOULD “SHIT IN MY WIG!” AMONGST OTHER TRAUMATIC MICROAGGRESSIONS THAT MADE ME QUESTION A CAREER IN HOLLYWOOD.”

A friend of Lea’s revealed to The Post saying QUOTE, “She’s had a real wake-up call. It’s never easy to hear people speak about you this way. It’s a total shock.”

The Broadway star stopped by “The Drew Barrymore Show” on Wednesday, September 21st.

She opened up about who helped her change her behavior and what caused her to not see how rude she was being toward co-stars.

“I just couldn’t see things clearly,” she admitted. “It was all about my career, you know, I had been so career-focused my entire life. I think to a fault. I think that I had just this sense of drive that created a lot of blind spots for me in my life.”

Lea currently stars as Fanny Brice in Broadway’s “Funny Girl” production. She took over the role that was held by Beanie Feldstein earlier this year.

The same time Ware came out, guns blazing against Lea, she and her husband, Zandy Reich, were expecting their first child together.

Her son Ever is now two-years-old.

“Then when I met my husband, it was a real sense of grounding for me, and then having our son and experiencing the challenges that we did throughout the pregnancy was something that, unfortunately, created a stronger bond in us that I would never wish upon anybody, but it did,” the actress admitted.

She attributes her marriage to Zandy for helping “transform” her life and appreciate the “great opportunity” she had been given with “Funny Girl.”

“As a performer — as a person — I just feel like what I do now with this is on me and how I handle this. I’m really ready to take all of this on and do a great show every night but also have fun with my cast, come home and celebrate with my family, which is something I never did before,” Lea explained to Barrymore. “I’m really enjoying being able to open my eyes to everything that’s going on around me because it’s all good and if it’s not fun, then why do we do it?”

Lea recently did an interview with The New York Times and addressed her bad behavior.

“I have an edge to me I work really hard,” she said.

She didn’t stop her defense there.

“I leave no room for mistakes,” the 36-year-old admitted. “That level of perfectionism, or that pressure of perfectionism, left me with a lot of blind spots.”

Lea noted that she’s changed the way she approaches her work given her past “mean girl” reputation.

“I really understand the importance and value now of being a leader,” she explained. “It means not only going and doing a good job when the camera’s rolling, but also when it’s not. And that wasn’t always the most important thing for me.”
