On Wednesday, September 28, the first-ever German Victoria’s Secret model, 49, shared a photo of her teasing the Tokio Hotel guitarist, 33, in his “home office.”

In her latest Instagram post on Wednesday afternoon, the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model shared two photos that showed her interrupting Tom while he was working on a laptop. Heidi wore a black thong bikini and a matching bikini top that is almost impossible to see with her long blonde hair covering her chest.

Tom was dressed much more casually in a white tee shirt. He sported a bright green baseball cap, worn backward, while Heidi wore a neon orange hat with a logo printed across the front. She captioned the snap “Home office today ?❤️.”

Heidi reportedly met Tom in 2018 when she was filming Germany’s Next Top Model. The two were said to have been introduced through a mutual friend. Although Heidi is 17 years older than the Tokio Hotel guitarist, it seems sparks flew right away.

The two started publicly dating in May 2018. At the time, Heidi told PEOPLE that he is “the kindest, sweetest, most caring, loving person. I feel so lucky. I don’t know the last time I was this happy in my life.” She had nothing but positive things to say about him and, even before they were engaged, seemed sure that they were going to settle down together.

“Maybe it is because he is German, and we understand each other in a different way,” she said at the time. “For the first time, I have a partner who I can discuss everything with. Someone who shares duties that we all have in our life. I used to be on my own with everything. For the first time, I get to experience what it is actually like to have a partner.”

She also brushed off the criticism regarding their age gap, saying, “You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles.”

Less than a year after they started dating, Tom popped the question on Christmas Eve in 2018. She shared a snap of the ring on Instagram in a black-and-white selfie, captioning the photo, “I SAID YES.” In February 2019, the two tied the knot in a private ceremony. They later hosted a larger celebration in Capri to celebrate the occasion and have been going strong for the past three years.

Back in August, while the “America’s Got Talent” judge was walking the red carpet to film the live shows for season 17, Heidi told E! News’ Daily Pop that she felt that Tom was “the one.”

“I just know him so well. We just gel really well,” Heidi said. “I just feel like, ‘Finally, I found the one.’ So far so good. I hope it stays that way.” Heidi has been married three times; first to hairstylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002 and then to Grammy-winning singer Seal from 2005 to 2014.

Heidi revealed that the couple recently took a 2-week wellness trip to Austria to try to help Tom deal with his cluster headaches. During the trip, Heidi revealed that they both learned “how to be better with our bodies.”

“One thing that I had no idea about is you’re not supposed to drink at all when you eat,” she explained. “No liquids at all, because, apparently, it dilutes your stomach acids.”

The two have been taking plenty of tropical trips and Heidi hasn’t been shy about sharing their tropical adventures on social media. “I feel like we’re never gonna be as young as we are right now, so we might as well live right now,” Heidi said, adding, “I love to live right now, and for me, that is sun and having fun and, you know, just wear sunscreen.”

Although Heidi won’t celebrate her milestone 50th birthday until June 1, 2023, she was still asked how she manages to stay looking so young. “I suck his young blood, is what I’m doing,” she joked, adding, “Like a vampire.”
