Nikki Bella Seen ‘Cold Plunging’ Completely Naked In New Video
Stephanie Nicole Chigvintsev, known professionally as Nikki Bella, one-half of the Bella Twins, has broken the internet with her latest Instagram Story.
The former WWE star revealed to her fans that she actually cold plunges completely in the nude — even posting a video to social media as proof!

Many athletes utilize cold plunging after they perform intense workouts to help with recovery, boost energy levels, and improve mental health.
Nikki Bella, 38, is the latest celebrity to share her cold plunge experience, even posting a video to her Instagram Story asking fans if she is the only one who cold plunges completely naked.
In the video, we can see the Bella Twin relaxing in a bathtub with her eyes closed and her hands covering up her boobs. It’s safe to say fans are going crazy over this video as the bombshell of an athlete put her full self on display!
What Is Cold Plunging?
Cold plunging has been something athletes have utilized for quite some time. After an intense workout, or to help with mental health, many athletes immerse themselves in extremely cold water. Cold plunging helps soreness after working out, but many also find it to be relaxing.
According to reports, spending between five and 15 minutes in 10 to 15-degree Celsius water may be the most effective way to practice cold water immersion or cold plunges.
Nikki Bella Marries Artem Chigvintsev
Nikki Bella first met Artem Chigvintsev, 40, in 2017 when they were partnered together on season 25 of “Dancing With the Stars.” At the time of the show, the Bella Twin was engaged to John Cena, but the two called off their engagement and canceled their wedding in 2018.
In March 2019, Bella and Chigvintsev confirmed they were dating via Instagram. They got engaged in November 2019 when they were vacationing in France.
Just last month, the former WWE star announced the two tied the knot on social media. “We said I DO,” Bella captioned a photo of her and Chigvintsev’s hands showing off their new wedding bands.

The couple also has a son together, Matteo Artemovich, who was born on July 31, 2020. Matteo was born less than 24 hours before Nikki Bella’s twin sister, Brie, welcomed her second child, son Buddy Dessert, with her husband Daniel Bryan.
“It made me so emotional,” Bella told PEOPLE one month after her son was born. “It’s crazy because I’m already in love with this person. I’ve created a life with them and we’re engaged.”
She continued, “But in that moment I had fallen so much more in love with him because to see him be so emotional holding his son, and I could just see this caretaker form, like this man that’s going to protect this little boy for the rest of his life. Just seeing the emotion in his face, it made me melt.”
The two twin sisters went through their pregnancies together, sharing updates with fans along the way.
