Jeff Ross Wishes Late Friend Bob Saget A Happy Birthday
Comedian Jeff Ross is paying tribute to his late friend, Bob Saget.
In January, the “Full House” star passed away from blunt head trauma that caused a brain bleed. Saget is believed to have hit his head on something while staying at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Orlando, Florida; however, police have never been able to identify the item that caused the fatal injury.
Although many details surrounding Saget’s death remain a mystery, it still didn’t stop his countless fans from paying tribute to the late comedian on his birthday: Tuesday, May 17.

Ross remembered the late “How I Met Your Mother” narrator on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon. He tweeted, “Happy birthday Bob. Wherever you are I hope you are celebrating with pastrami and martinis.”

Jeff Ross also uploaded more snaps of Bob Saget on his Instagram account. “Happy birthday Bob. Wherever you are I hope you’re celebrating with beef ribs and martinis,” he wrote in the cation. “I miss you. ❤️ For those of us still on Earth, Bob’s Netflix tribute streams June 10th.”
Shortly after Saget had passed away, “Roast Master” Jeff Ross went to pick up Bob Saget’s car with John Mayer.

As The Blast previously reported, Ross and singer John Mayer, who was also close friends with Saget, picked up his car from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Saget had packed his car there when he left on his trip to Florida.
While they were driving, they had nothing but positive memories to share about the late comedian.
“I’ve never known a human being on this earth who could give that much love, individually and completely, to that many people in a way that made each person feel like he was a main character in their life and they were a main character in his life,” Mayer said.
He continued, “Everyone is so aware how universal Bob’s love for people was. The thing that just keeps coming up when people say they’re sorry is just, ‘I loved that guy.’”

On Tuesday morning, Bob Saget’s widow, Kelly Rizzo, posted pictures and videos on Instagram showing his last birthday vacation in Mexico.
“Happy birthday my Love,” she captioned the post. “These pictures and videos were taken exactly 1 year ago in Mexico. We always celebrated our birthdays together with a trip. (His is the 17th and mine is 19th).”
“This last trip was so special,” she continued. “We both celebrated each other so big. You never know when something is going to be ‘the last’ time. But I’m so grateful that he was showered with all of the love he deserves. I pray he can see all of the love he’s already getting from around the world today.”
“Honey, everyone loves you so d— much,” she went on. “Everyone wants you to know how important and special you are on your special day, and we ALL celebrate you. You are one of a kind and you certainly made my world go ‘round.”
“I love you more than anything and miss you every minute. Your girls and I will hold on tight to each other today,” she concluded. “And I know you’d want me to get a martini tonight, so I’ll oblige. Happy birthday, honey.”
Many fans took a moment to offer her words of encouragement and support and wish Bob Saget a happy birthday.
