Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan has opened up about his health battle, which has left him so weak he is unable to open jars.

The 83-year-old told A Current Affair’s Tracy Grimshaw that he is weak and has “zero body fat” after he was put on steroids, which left him feeling "held together by string".

As his health declines, the actor heartbreakingly admitted he wishes to spend his final years back in Australia but claims he can’t leave his son behind.

Paul said he would “ideally” like to be back Down Under and has previously admitted that he prefers it in Oz as there is “something about Australia that is friendlier and more laid-back”.

Hogan has been living in Los Angeles with his 24-year-old son Chance and has recently had a pacemaker fitted.
