UFC 281 winner showed off his insane punching power with a brutal knockout over Dominick Reyes at UFC 281.

Ryan Spann landed a number of jabs on Dominick Reyes before ultimately dropping him with a straight left jab, putting very little behind the punch before landing a right hook whilst Reyes was going to the ground.

It was a huge win for Spann, with the win over Reyes, the man who many believed to have defeated Jon Jones in 2020, but was not given the decision.

Reyes has now lost four fights in a row, but all have come against some of the biggest names in the division, in Jones, Jiri Prochazka and Jan Blachowicz, respectively.

In his post fight interview with Joe Rogan, Spann shockingly revealed that he has never trained before one of his fights – in his 28th bout of his professional career and by far the most impressive showing.

After the knockout, Reyes was on the ground for some time, but was able to get up after around a minute and left the ring, likely to be taken to hospital for precautionary evaluations.

With the win, Spann will now likely enter the title picture, and could be in the mix to face the winner of next month's light heavyweight championship bout when Prochazka defends the strap against Glover Teixeria.

The fight came just minutes after Molly McCann was defeated in the first-round, falling to the impressive Erin Blanchfield who dominated proceedings before locking in a kimura to submit the Liverpudlian.
