A Place in the Sun host given ‘final’ warning after making house-hunting mistakes

A Place in the Sun presenter Leah Charles-King was given a difficult task to find her house hunters a dream home in the Spanish bolthole.

Guests Terry and Susan were looking to spend a maximum budget of £130,000 to buy their forever home in Mijas Costa but they had a few things to check off their list.

In the episode Channel 4 re-aired on Thursday (November 10), the couple shared what they were hoping to see during the search.

Terry started by saying: "Ideally, we're hoping to get three bedrooms to make room for our visitors, our family."
