Julia Fox: I Didn’t Want To ‘Hook Up’ With Kanye West, Did It To Get Him Off ‘Kim’s Case’
Julia Fox fans don’t have to wait for her book to come out to get the TEA!
The actress shared new information about her relationship with Kanye West for free, and her thoughts about the Kardashian family.
On Monday, November 21st, Fox took to TikTok to share some free tea.
Julia Fox Dishes Information That Was Going To Be In Her Book
“Ok. Since I was just gonna write about it in my book… I’ll just tell you guys for free. First of all, the man was being normal around me, and not only that, the Kardashians when I had a fashion line 10 years ago, they actually bought my clothes and sold them in their stores. SO, I’ve always had a love for Kim, especially, even Kourtney, especially. The ‘big three,’ those are my girls,” she said. “So, by the time me and him got together, he hadn’t been doing anything like out there yet. But, I remember just being like… he was texting me, I wasn’t really answering. I was like, I don’t really want to hook up with a celebrity again. Like nothing ever comes of it. They’re kind of boring, they’re not what you think they’re gonna be like.”
Fox claimed Kanye was persistent in texting her and even “yelled” at her about her texting etiquette.
Julia Fox Dated Kanye To Get Him Off Kim’s Back
“But he kept going and going and he was like, ‘You have bad text etiquette,’ and I was like, ‘Oh my god, Kanye’s yelling at me,’” Fox recalled. “But then I had this thought… I was like, ‘Maybe I can get him off of Kim’s case. I can distract him, just get him to like me.’”
The “Uncut Gems” actress bragged about her ability to distract Kanye from Kim.
“I knew if anyone could do it, it’s me because when I set my mind to something I do it,” she said. “That month that we were together he wasn’t on Twitter, he wasn’t on any forms of social media. He didn’t even really talk about his relationship. We really only talked about clothes and weird ideas, plans for the future, and our hopes and dreams for childhood and education. It was really beautiful guys. The moment he started tweeting, I was out.”

According to Fox, it was her decision to end the relationship; however, she try and help his mental health before they broke up in February.
“I was delusional, I thought I could help him and now we’re here,” Fox explained.
Kanye recently returned to Twitter after a temporary ban was placed on his account for anti-Semitic comments.
Fox concluded the TikTok by noting that she “deeply respects” Kanye as an artist, BUT she stands with the Jewish community, “PERIODT.”

In a February interview with The Cut, she said she was doing her “service” as a celebrity by making their relationship so public.
Fox explained that the relationship gave people “something to talk about” amid the ongoing pandemic and that it is her “job” as somebody in the public eye to provide talking points.
“Celebrities are not that fking important. You can tell us about your stupid fking date,” she said. “We’re in a pandemic. Give people something to talk about. Do your f**king service, do your job.”
