Reality star Kourtney Kardashian and drummer Travis Barker have finally tied the knot!
Last month, the lovey-dovey couple reportedly exchanged vows in a Las Vegas wedding chapel and were married by an Elvis impersonator. However, The Blast looked into the court records and found that the wedding was not legally binding. The two later admitted that they were just having fun and admitted that the wedding was not legally binding.
However, that all changed this weekend. On Sunday night, TMZ reported that the couple had filed the paperwork and were now husband and wife.
Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker Are Officially Married!
On Sunday, the reality star and the musician were officially married in the downtown courthouse on Anacapa in Santa Barbara. Kourtney’s grandmother and Travis’ father can be seen with them in the photos; however, her kids were not in attendance.
Travis proposed to the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star at a beachside hotel in Montecito, California, but the two never publicly announced a date for the wedding. This is Kourtney’s first marriage; she never tied the knot with ex Scott Disick, although the two had three children together.
Travis has been married three times. He was married to his first wife, Melissa Kennedy, for nine months. They filed for divorce in 2002. In 2004, he married Shanna Moakler, but the pair filed for divorce in 2006. It wasn’t finalized until 2008.
This is apparently just the first of many wedding celebrations. Sources told the outlet that although they’re legally married now, they’re going to hold an actual wedding ceremony in Italy in the near future that’s sure to be a star-studded affair.
Kourtney Shares Snaps On Instagram: ‘Till Death Do Us Part’
On Instagram, Kourtney posted several photos of the occasion, along with the caption, “Till death do us part.”
Sister Kim Kardashian commented, “KRAVIS FOREVER” and the eternity symbol emoji “♾”.
Matriarch Kris Jenner said, “I love you ?”
Isabela Grutman wrote, “❤️❤️❤️❤️ so much love and happiness to you guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
Shanina Shaik commented, “Beautiful bride! So happy for the both of you.”
Many other fans also offered their congratulations to the happy couple as well.
The two were wearing typical formal attire for the occasion. Travis wore an all-black tuxedo and Kourtney wore a white dress that was cut at the knees. After tying the knot, the two entered a black lowrider convertible that had a sign strapped to the front of the car that read “JUST MARRIED.” Travis’ father and Kourtney’s grandmother can be seen in the above photos.
Fans absolutely loved Kourtney’s wedding dress, which she paired with black heels.
“Love guy Kourtney kept is low-key and quiet. So intimate just the way she likes it. Congratulations,” one fan commented.
“Kourtney you deserve this happiness so much,” another fan said.
“Love the white dress,” said another.
Fans also felt that Travis Barker looked very dapper in his tux, although fans couldn’t help but wonder where the kids were in these photos.
“No kids at wedding hmmm ?” one fan wrote.
“WHERE WERE YOUR KIDS AT KOURTNEY ??” another asked in all caps.
“Where were all the kids????” asked a third.
It’s not clear where Kourtney Kardashian’s kids were in the photos, but hopefully, they’ll be invited to the bigger wedding in Italy later this year!
