It’s all heating up now. Heating up in a big way.

The 10am kick-offs are done. We miss them like crazy but, looking on the bright side, all it means is that the stakes are getting higher. The games are getting more important at this World Cup.

Both group C and group D will be finalised today, day 11 of the 2022 World cup and who knows, a giant could yet fall. You would expect Argentina to shape themselves up for a result against Poland but stranger things have happened.

The Poles haven’t been on fire at this World Cup but they still have good players, and they still have a chance. If they draw with Argentina and Saudi Arabia beat Mexico, then it would mean that Lionel Messi and co. are out of the tournament.

Those games kick off at 7.00 tonight and they’re not ones you’ll want to miss.

But the day starts at 3.00, with the final games in Group D. France are already through but the big one is the winner-takes-all clash of Denmark and Australia. A draw there would be good enough for Denmark.

Anyway, whatever happens, we’ll be there to guide you through it. Don’t miss a beat of the action by tuning into our liveblog right here. Because that’s where you’ll get content like this! What more could you want?

Rounding up day 10:

Phil Foden and Marcus Rashford scored the goals and they've certainly given manager Gareth Southgate a welcome headache.</p><br /><img class="aligncenter" src="https://img.maximummedia.ie/joe_co_uk/eyJkYXRhIjoie1widXJsXCI6XCJodHRwOlxcXC9cXFwvbWVkaWEtam9lY291ay5tYXhpbXVtbWVkaWEuaWUuczMuYW1hem9uYXdzLmNvbVxcXC93cC1jb250ZW50XFxcL3VwbG9hZHNcXFwvMjAyMlxcXC8xMVxcXC8yOTA5NTU1NVxcXC93b3JsZC1jdXAtZGF5LTEwLmpwZ1wiLFwid2lkdGhcIjoyNDEsXCJoZWlnaHRcIjoxNTIsXCJkZWZhdWx0XCI6XCJodHRwczpcXFwvXFxcL3d3dy5qb2UuY28udWtcXFwvYXNzZXRzXFxcL2ltYWdlc1xcXC9qb2Vjb3VrXFxcL25vLWltYWdlLnBuZz9pZD0wYTg5NzYxZDBhM2M2ZjUxZjdkNlwiLFwib3B0aW9uc1wiOltdfSIsImhhc2giOiIyYzlhNmMxOTA3ZTc3NjZhNTNhNzFjYmQ2NWJiMjE4NTg0MDJiNjZlIn0=/world-cup-day-10.jpg" alt="World Cup 2022 Day Ten: All the major action and talking points from Qatar"> <p>World Cup 2022 Day Ten: All the major action and talking points from Qatar</p> <i></i>READ MORE <p>Meanwhile, Christian Pulisic was the hero for America, as he put his body on the line to score the goal that defeated Iran, and took his country to the last 16 of this World Cup.
