Alyssa Scott is reminiscing on the early stages of her pregnancy while patiently waiting for her bundle of joy!
The social media influencer broke the news of her pregnancy on October 27, to both the surprise and delight of fans, before informing them days later that she would be welcoming her new child with none other than Nick Cannon.
However, while the rest of the world only got to know about her third pregnancy a month ago, Scott and Cannon have been basking in the joy of welcoming another child for months. She confirmed this in a recent heartwarming throwback photo.
Pregnant Alyssa Scott Shares Throwback Photo From When She Wasn’t Showing
In a series of Instagram Stories updates, the model gave fans a glimpse into her ongoing pregnancy journey, but not without throwing back to the early months. In the heart-melting picture, Scott’s baby bump was much smaller, barely protruding in the gorgeous dress she wore.
The soon-to-be mother-of-three looked ravishing in a patterned dress with red and black batik designs that featured a halter-neck design and a plunging neckline that flaunted her ample cleavage. Her brunette hair was styled into voluminous curls, and her face was fully made up with shiny red lips and smoky eyes.
Scott was not alone as she had her baby daddy Cannon next to her with his arms sweetly wrapped around her waist. The “Wild N’ Host” rocked a casual red and black ensemble comprising a hoodie and a baseball jacket with his signature turban. He lovingly cradled her bump.
“And I thought I was showing here… LOL,” she captioned the post. She followed up with a current picture of her giant baby bump in all its glory. In the mirror selfie, she rocked a simple pink backless dress that hugged her bump while she cradled it.
Her pregnancy glow was evident as she smiled sweetly at the camera, with her curly tresses gently framing her face. She captioned the post, “Another bumping selfie ? baby is so comfy in there…me not so much ??.”
Scott is Counting Down Big Time To Meet Her Baby
Scott and Cannon are set to welcome their bundle of joy — which will be “Drumline” actor’s 12th child — in no time. As The Blast previously reported, the model, who boasts almost 300,000 followers on Instagram, confirmed this in a series of maternity pictures shared on the platform.
In the black-and-white images uploaded, the 29-year-old looked breathtaking in a magical black lacy sheer dress that left little to the imagination and featured a long dramatic train. She was in the company of her baby daddy, who cradled her baby bump from behind as they posed in a loving embrace.
Cannon looked dashing in a black tuxedo with sparkly shoes and couldn’t take his hands off the mother of his child. The soon-to-be parents posed in the middle of a field with a blossoming tree behind them and some white roses surrounding them. In one frame, Scott stared off into the distance while Cannon buried his lips in the nook of her neck.
As expected, Scott had her own solo moment, posing by herself and placing her hand lovingly on her bump as she made a big revelation in the accompanying caption. She wrote, “The next time I post, he or she will be here! Thank you to everyone who is following along with love and compassion for my journey. I’m a private person on a very public platform.”
She concluded the touching post, “I know with time I will be ready to let the people who truly care into my world a little more than I have. love ❤️.” Fans serenaded the post, wishing the model a safe delivery while expressing their anticipation for her next pose.
Cannon and Scott’s unborn child is nothing short of a miracle for the co-parents who lost their first child together, Zen, at five months to brain cancer in December 2021.
