GBBO’s Sandi Toksvig seriously ill in hospital as she cancels tour dates
Great British Bake Off star Sandi Toksvig has been forced to cancel her New Zealand tour dates because she is too unwell to travel.
The 64-year-old is currently in Australia where she performed on Monday (November 28) and was due to travel to New Zealand tomorrow to take to the stage in Christchurch Wellington and Auckland.
However, her team took to social media to reveal the presenter has been hospitalised with bronchial pneumonia, leaving her unable to perform.

Bronchopneumonia is a type of pneumonia that affects the bronchi in the lungs and commonly results from a bacterial infection.
In the statement, Sandi's team confirmed their main priority is getting her home to the UK.
