Noel Gallagher’s ex Meg Mathews shows off ageless figure ahead of travel with pals
Noel Gallagher's ex-wife Meg Mathews showed off her fantastic physique and revealed how she wanted to be "fit and strong" to go travelling with two male friends.
Meg, 56, took to Instagram to share gym snaps of herself in a crop top, writing: "Only 25 days till I am back travelling with 2 great guys both surfers and strong swimmers, so I need to be fit and strong not being left behind so being 56 (it is only a number).
"But remember we loose a huge % of muscle every year also 1 out 3 women in this country will get osteoporosis which is called the silent killer, so weight bearing exercise is so important to do every week and putting estrogen and testosterone back in our bodies… one body one life!!!"

Meg, who has spoken about the impact of the menopause, added: "I also invested into learning how to breathe properly and trust me the science behind it and the benefits truly work."
