Argentina's shot-stopper Emiliano Martínez was on hand to gift his club team-mate Matty Cash Lionel Messi's shirt after Argentina's clash with Poland.
The two sides had met at the World Cup during the group stages – with Argentina running out 2-0 winners on the evening. However, as other results went their way, Poland limped into the knockout rounds alongside the South Americans.
However, Cash had a present after the game, and he shared a snap of the shirt on his social media – with a goat emoji. And while it was a mystery at the time as to how he ended up with Messi's shirt, Cash has since revealed how he bagged it.

Cash told ESPN: "After the end of the match, Emi Martinez came to me and said, ‘I brought you a gift.’ I said, ‘What?’ And he took me to the dressing room to surprise me with a Messi shirt!"
The Aston Villa full-back then told the BBC ahead of Poland's last 16 clash with France he plans to frame the shirt when he gets home from Qatar.
However, Messi wasn't the only tough task Cash had to face in Qatar, as he faced off against the speedy Kylian Mbappe on Sunday afternoon.

Despite being born in England, Cash is eligible to play for Poland through his mother – and he acquired a Polish passport in September 2021.
He received his first international call-up a month later – and just over a year after switching nationalities, he was selected for Poland's World Cup squad.
