The woman with the “world’s biggest lips” looked a lot different before she got hooked on fillers.
Andrea Ivanova, who lives in Sofia, Bulgaria, used to be a natural beauty.
The fresh-faced influencer had average-sized smackers and curly brown hair.

But in recent years, she’s splashed out £18,000 on cosmetic work to achieve her extreme look.
The 25-year-old got 30 hyaluronic acid injections to plump her pout – and she didn’t stop there.
She’s had twelve injections of hyaluronic acid in total in the chin, jawline and cheekbones.
What’s more, Andrea wants to get even more work done in the future.
She added: "I wanted to see myself with a drastic before and after look and I still have a lot of changes ahead of me as I haven't finished changing yet…
"I want even bigger lips, bigger silicone breasts and an even more shaped jaw and much bigger cheekbones."
