Manchester United fans have demanded Erik ten Hag sells Aaron Wan-Bissaka in January after a poor performance against Spanish side Cadiz.

Cadiz, who find themselves in a La Liga relegation battle, squared off with the Red Devils at their home ground, the Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla, and prevailed 4-2 victors. And United's second-string side featured Wan-Bissaka as they shipped two early goals to the Spaniard.

Red Devils fans were livid at the performances. But most of the United fans' fury was directed at the full-back – with some even demanding Ten Hag sell the player in January.

One fan fumed: "Wan-Bissaka shouldn’t enter 2023 as a Manchester United player."

"Can y'all see why Erik ten Hag doesn't rate Aaron Wan-Bissaka? It's better he gets sold but he's going to be a burden to the team that buys him," a second added. While a third tweeted: "If he hasn’t already, Ten Hag will have made his made up about Wan-Bissaka after this game."

And a fourth fumed: "Wan-Bissaka and Brandon Williams, it’s not too late to go uni. You don’t have any future here!"

The 25-year-old has only played four minutes of Premier League football – a short cameo against Liverpool in August.

Since then, Wan-Bissaka has only been in the matchday squad, the following week, and back troubles then ruled him out of the squad. However, when his injury woes had passed, Wan-Bissaka was unable to break back into the squad.
