Russell Wilson is showing love to his stepson Future Zahir Wilburn!
The Denver Broncos quarterback, who shares two children with his wife Ciara, recently proved that his paternal affections extended to the Pop goddess’s first son from a previous relationship.
Taking to Instagram, the NFL star shared a heartfelt post to honor Future on his 8th birthday, proudly gushing about his love for the little boy.

On Thursday, May 19, Wilson marked Future’s 8th birthday by dedicating an emotional post to his stepson, which featured adorable pictures of the celebrant.
The first slide captured the athlete and the birthday boy side-by-side on what appeared to be an arcade game ride.
The pair twinned it up with matching yellow sunglasses and casual ensembles, while the next side showed Future smiling brightly at the camera as he posed with a baseball trophy.
The former Seattle Seahawks player captioned this post with a lengthy message in which he described the young boy as his greatest pride and joy. The father-of-two wrote:
“Happy Bday Future! 8 years old! You are the greatest blessing in the world to me! You are so full of the fruit of the Spirit of Jesus! Love, Joy, Peace, Forbearance, Kindness, Goodness, & Faithfulness!”
The 33-year-old noted that he could not wait to see how God would use his stepson’s new age as the number 8 represents new beginnings in biblical terms.

The doting father ended his caption by reminding the birthday boy that he would always be cherished by Wilson, his mother, and step-siblings.
Naturally, the Super Bowl champion’s message touched the hearts of fans and celebrities, who flooded the post with over 100,000 likes and numerous comments.
Good Man and Molecule Sleep, brands backed by the NFL star, dropped sweet birthday wishes for Future while stars like Mike Mahan and Angel Manuel Davis gushed about how quickly time flies.
However, the most notable comment came from Future’s adoring mother, who penned an equally passionate message for the 8-year-old. The “Level Up” singer wrote:
“The Big boy is 8! So happy! So proud! What an exciting day. We love you so much! Todays going to be a GOOD Day!
The Grammy winner also celebrated her son on her Instagram page by sharing two pictures of the duo enjoying a loving embrace, with Future rocking his baseball jersey and holding a bat.

The proud mother-of-three captioned this precious post with her adoration for the “sweet” personality the celebrant kept showing each day.
According to the “Dance Like We’re Making Love” artist, the young boy’s way of loving warmed her heart, and she knew there was nothing Future could not achieve if he set his mind to it.
Similar to her husband’s post, Ciara’s heartwarming message received over 100,000 likes and several positive comments from fans, who showered the birthday boy with praises.
Future’s 8th birthday tributes ended with a tweet from his father, Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, best known by his stage name Future.
Unlike his former partner and her husband, the “Mask Off” rapper did not write long epistles for his son. Instead, he dropped a red heart and eagle emojis alongside the words, “Baby Future Day.”
