BBC Breakfast viewers were delighted when Eurovision star Sam Ryder appeared on the red sofa as they begged it be made a permanent occurrence.
The 33-year-old was welcomed into the studio by presenters Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt to discuss his debut album which is out today.
As he was introduced, the singer radiated positivity as he exclaimed: "Hello! How's it going? You guys okay?," before Charlie chimed: "You're all about positive stuff aren't you!"

"You got to stomp around the world with big optimistic boots," he responded.
And his positive energy didn't go unnoticed by fans who took to social media to admit the star is exactly what they wanted to brighten up their day.
