Fans would recall that she has struggled with severe sciatica for some time amid her pregnancy. However, she recently informed her fans via her Instagram Story about the latest development regarding the condition.

Heather looked as radiant as imaginable as she filmed herself in a moving vehicle with the natural light highlighting her features and flawless skin tone. She sounded excited as she greeted her viewers and voiced her hope that their Thanksgiving holiday went well.

Afterward, the reality star dropped her “little Monday update,” saying that she had a doctor that morning who did some general check-ups, including measuring her baby bump and weight.

She also mentioned that there would be no ultrasound until the next two weeks before stating that she was mainly going to the gym to do cardio. At the same time, she spoke of her sciatic pain, revealing that it was “pretty much gone.” Even so, she planned to do more sessions of physical therapy.

In concluding the video, Heather said she had some “film interviews” with her husband, Tarek El Moussa, after which she showed fans her outfit of the day, comprising a purple sleeveless high-neck blouse, sweat pants, and crocs.

The “Selling Sunset” star’s relief update comes a little over a month after she shared how severe the pain was for her and the measures she was taking to make it better. The Blast reported that she filmed herself sharing highlights of her week while showing intentions of trying out some clothes.

Heather noted that finding outfits had become more challenging since her bump got larger but her stylists never disappointed. She then spoke of her struggles with her sciatic nerve, saying, “Update on baby: I am dealing with such severe sciatica. It’s worse than ever today; it’s just almost unbearable for me.”

Before the video, several fans had given her tips on managing the discomfort, leading her to say she would try a physical therapist and acupuncture afterward. She hoped to see which of the two would work as the situation got so terrible that she could barely walk, causing her to hobble around.

Taking to the caption, Heather gave details of her work-life happenings, after which she revealed that her unborn child was in a position affecting her sciatic nerve. She also disclosed, “The crazy thing is, I sat on my mom’s sciatic nerve to the point where she couldn’t even stand up straight, so maybe it’s a littleee bit of payback.”

She took to the post’s caption to express how “lucky” she felt to be healthy and have her child develop in her belly, which she described as “an experience like no other.”
