Andy Cohen Pens Touching Tribute To ‘Great Storyteller’ Naomi Judd
Andy Cohen penned a touching tribute to the late Naomi Judd, who passed away suddenly on Saturday at the age of 76.

Singer Naomi Judd, part of the Grammy-winning duo The Judds and mother of Wynonna Ashley Judd passed away on Saturday at the age of 76.

Her daughters announced her death in a statement provided to The Associated Press. “Today we sisters experienced a tragedy. We lost our beautiful mother to the disease of mental illness,” the statement said. “We are shattered. We are navigating profound grief and know that as we loved her, she was loved by her public. We are in unknown territory.” The Judds were scheduled to be inducted into the County Music Hall of Fame on Sunday.

Naomi had previously appeared on the Bravo TV show. Its official Twitter account posted a touching tribute mourning her passing. “We’re heartbroken to learn of the passing of country icon and friend of the show, Naomi Judd,” they tweeted. “Our thoughts & prayers are with the Judd family, her friends, & her fans during this difficult time. ❤️”
