Kim Kardashian went all out for her daughter, Chicago West, as the little one became a year older!
The SKIMS founder was blessed with her baby girl on January 15, 2018, making the little one the third child she shares with her ex-husband, Kanye ‘Ye’ West, who is also the father of her three other children- North West, 9, Saint West, 7, and Psalm West, 3.
On Sunday, to ring in the perfect celebration for her daughter’s birthday, the mom of four went all out for her mini-me, but not before sharing a heartfelt tribute to her baby girl on social media.
Kim Kardashian Celebrates ‘Sweetest’ Daughter Chicago’s 5th Birthday
Kim took to her Instagram to share several photos of herself and the celebrant posing in a matching black SKIMS knit set while in what appears to be a bedroom with marble walls, a huge bed, and soft linens.
The mother-daughter duo mirrored each other’s playful poses in the carousel of heartwarming photos. In the accompanying caption, the doting mother wrote, “My twin. Happy 5th Birthday. I really can’t believe you’re 5! I’m so so proud to be your mom, it’s the best feeling in the entire world. You are the cuddliest sweetest silliest most independent caring girl in the whole world, and I just love you so much!.”
Her sister, Khloe Kardashian, wrote, “Def your twin” in the comment section to elaborate on the caption. Likewise, fans of the billionaire decided to chime in. One follower wrote, “Ugh she’s my fave! Happy bday Chi!!!”
Another fan penned, “Happy birthday to your twin,” alongside a lovestruck emoji. Kim’s longtime best friend, Jonathan Cheban, also wished the cute preschooler a happy birthday. “She is adorable, she definitely got most of your genes,” another observant fan wrote.
Chicago West Turned 5 With An ‘Hello Kitty’ Themed Party
The 42-year-old showed that her love for her baby girl was more than just words as she honored the birthday girl with a Hello Kitty-themed party, with the Kardashian-Jenner clan and all her little friends in attendance.
Several clips and images of the elaborate bash were shared on Kim’s IG Story, giving fans a glimpse of how it went down.
The first post showed off a section of the party’s venue —Kim’s $60M mansion — decorated with pink carpet, numerous balloons of different pink shades, a slide leading into a pink ball pit, and of course, Hello Kitty balloons.
In another section of the house, a ceramic painting booth was set up for the kids, and Kim was documenting the stunning setup when big brother Saint made an adorable cameo. The 7-year-old was seen yelling at the camera, “It’s my little sister’s birthday,” as Kim continued recording the face painting area of the party, which included Hello Kitty statues wearing necklaces that said “Chi” on it and a table to decorate your own Hello Kitty ceramic.
The fun party wasn’t without lovely options to keep guests’ bellies filled. In an eight-second shot, the KKW Beauty founder showed a huge jar of tasty milkshake with several toppings, including ones with Chicago’s name written with edible decor.
There were also delicious dessert servings with toppings and toasted sandwiches imprinted with a Hello Kitty figure. Adults who attended the celebration weren’t restricted to child-friendly meals as a whole Ramen Noodle bar was set up with Hello Kitty decor, of course.
Chicago was blessed with a giant on-theme Hello Kitty cake complete with a gold necklace decor with the word “Chi
as the pendant. Finally, the “Keeping up with the Kardashian” star posted a photo of herself wearing a black shirt with an “I Love You Chicago” design as she gave the camera a pout and peace sign, proving to be her daughter’s biggest fan.
Undoubtedly, the celebration was jam-packed with fantastic décor and fun side attractions for all participants to have a fun-filled day.
Fans Acknowledge The Resemblance Between Kim Kardashian & Daughter Chicago
As you might recall, Kim is the proud mother of four adorable children who are all an embodiment of beauty. However, her third child Chicago stands out from her siblings as regards the striking resemblance to the SKKN By Kim founder.
The Blast reported in December that the California native and her baby girl exuded doppelganger vibes in a heart-melting picture.
The KKW Beauty founder shared a black-and-white image of herself and her daughter rocking a bathing suit while they made duck faces. The TV personality wore a bikini top that flaunted her voluptuous figure with its plunging neckline. Paired with the pool outfit were oversized sunglasses and her blonde hair packed into a bun.
The then four-year-old posed by her side wearing a shimmery bathing suit as her luscious wet black hair slicked back from her swim. Accordingly, fans focused their attention on the pair’s faces, pointing out the uncanny resemblance and describing Chicago as her mother’s twin. An Instagram user wrote, “She so cute and looks just like you!!! Awwww, so cute!!!”
