Barack Obama is wishing his beautiful wife of thirty years, Michelle Obama, a happy birthday celebration.
On Tuesday, the former First Lady turned 59, and intrinsically, Barack didn’t let the moment slip past him without a heartfelt tribute. He took to his social media to dedicate a brilliant birthday message to his wife.

The former president posted a picture of the lovebirds hugging each other as they stared at the sunset on Instagram. This sweet moment captured the couple standing on the ledge of a building as they got lost in the beautiful scenery in front of them.
The 61-year-old stood behind Michelle, wearing a black shirt and white pants. From the little peek of her flowing outfit, Michelle donned a wine dress and had her hair in a huge bun hairstyle.
Alongside the snapshot of them cuddling up with his arms around her as they looked over the terrace was the caption, “You make every day brighter — and somehow keep looking better!” after a “Happy birthday @MichelleObama” shoutout.
From the comment section, it is vivid that most of his followers share the same amount of respect and love for the “Becoming” author.
A follower wrote, “I love how the two of you love, support and respect each other. My forever President and First Lady,” a fellow celebrant wrote, “Happy birthday Michelle and it’s also my birthday too so hope we both have a good birthday.”
Comedienne Loni Love blurted out, “Happy birthday Queen Michelle !!!” while fashion designer Jeremy Scott expressed his wishes with three rose emojis. Michelle also responded with a red heart and kissy face emoji underneath the post.
Hours later, the “The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times” author also posted her own message to her media page of 52.4M followers, thanking those who wished her well.
The 59-year-old looked super gorgeous in the selfie shared as she gave a wide smile at the camera. The elegance could not be missed as Michelle wore a buttoned-down white shirt. She clutched her hands together, flaunting her newly done nails of goldish brown color and diamond wedding ring.

Barack and Michelle, who have been together for almost four decades, met at the Chicago law firm Sidley Austin in 1989 and married in 1992.
In October, The Blast reported on how they both celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary with beach photographs. The milestone’s extravaganza started with the mom of two, who paid tribute to her marriage with a carousel of photos, two of which featured the famed lovers beaming at the camera.
One picture showcased them on a beach, barefoot with shades on, while the massive blue ocean was in the backdrop. In the accompanying caption, Michelle gushed, “Happy anniversary to the man I love!” before writing, “These last 30 years have been an adventure, and I’m grateful to have you by my side.” The concluding part proclaimed the three magic words “I love you,” and followed through with a red heart and kisses emoji.
The 44th President of the United States shared the same pictures with an affectionate caption that read, “Miche, After 30 years, I’m not sure why you look exactly the same, and I don’t.” Then continued, “I do know that I won the lottery that day – that I couldn’t have asked for a better life partner. Happy anniversary sweetheart!”
Michelle Obama Shares That She Was Unhappy In Her Marriage With Barack Obama For 10 Years
While the two have always been the ultimate couple’s goals, Michelle stunned fans when she got candid about the rough patches earlier in their marriage.
Per The Blast, she chatted with Revolt TV and opened up about the trials and challenges she had to conquer in her marriage to Barack. She said, “People think I’m being catty by saying this — it’s like, there were 10 years where I couldn’t stand my husband.”
She further claimed that their marriage hit a rough patch when she was solely responsible for their two daughters- Malia and Sasha- because Barack’s career was taking off.
Michelle further added that no partnership is 50/50 and that some days, one individual in the commitment will always give more.
