Meghan McCain‘s family just got bigger with the addition of one little adorable baby girl!
The former co-host of “The View” has welcomed her second child with her husband, Ben Domenech, and took to social media to share the great news while revealing the beautiful name she gave the adorable tot.

Over the weekend, the former “Daily Beast” writer shared a carousel of photographs on Instagram, which gave fans the first look at her daughter.
In the series of snaps, McCain’s two-year-old daughter, Liberty Cage, is an absolutely adorable big sister as she dotingly watched her baby sister rest. She donned a pink crocheted sweater with a two-ponytail hairstyle on her blonde hair. The next picture in the slideshow featured the family of four having a sweet moment.
Domenech carried his baby girls in his arms, Liberty sat on her dad’s lap while the little one was swaddled and safely in her father’s other arm. McCain, dressed in purple pajamas, stared loving from above at her gorgeous family.
Another picture in the carousel showed the newborn wrapped firmly in a hospital blanket with a bow on her head, while the last photograph displayed McCain’s mother, Cindy McCain, posing with her newest grandchild.
McClain captioned the post, writing, “We are overjoyed to welcome our new daughter Clover Jade McCain Domenech on Thursday morning,” she continued, “Thank you all for the well wishes – we are all blissed out happy, healthy and exhausted! ♥️?.”
She also added a shoutout: “Here’s to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them.”
The post was rich with comments of congratulations and support for the new mom. FoxNews anchor Harris Faulkner wrote, “Welcome to the world, Clover! Congratulations, Mom and Dad and big sister Liberty,” followed by three heart emojis.

Prior to the birth of Clover, the political analyst did the groundwork of preparing her firstborn for the role of a big sister while hinting at her due date for fans.
As reported by The Blast, the former “Outnumbered” co-host uploaded a sweet picture of her first daughter, Liberty which showed the excited sister engrossed in her preparations to become a big sister.
In the photo, the two-year-old donned colorful pajamas with a display of pink, blue, yellow, and white colors, which the toddler matched with pink-and-white socks. She sat on the ground with her hands resting on the lower part of the black baby bouncer.
A doll dressed in pink headgear and a onesie was strapped to the device, and Liberty watched protectively over the doll, perhaps learning how to be the best big sister. “A few more days until we have two little ladies living in the house….trying to prepare her!” McCain captioned the delightful post, adding three pink heart emojis.
The cuteness seemed infectious as people flooded the comment section with similarly pleasing messages. The “My Dad, John McCain” author has been flooded with more support following the announcement of her second pregnancy in 2022. As reported, McCain and Domenech shared the good news on Instagram in a heartwarming post.
In September 2022, the “McCain Blogette” blogger shared two lovely pictures of Liberty coloring the words “Big Sister” on plain white paper. The first slide showed the toddler creating the art piece, while the second image captured a close-up view of the final product. McCain’s daughter designed the paper with a purple flower, yellow hearts, and blue streaks.
The mother-of-two accompanied the post with thrilling news, writing, “We’re all feeling very blessed, lucky and happy. Thank you all for all the kindness! Ben is soon to be outnumbered by girls in our house 3 to 1 this winter.”
In a statement to Daily Mail, the media personality elaborated on how blessed she and her husband felt about adding a new member to their family.
She declared, “We are more than halfway to meeting our newest daughter, and we couldn’t be more excited. Our whole family, especially her grandmas, cannot wait to smother her with all the love and affection we can possibly give.
