The “Flip or Flop” star, who recently tied the knot with the real estate agent Josh Hall, plans to settle down in the newlyweds’ exquisite mansion in Newport Beach.

After ending her rollercoaster marriage to Ant Anstead, the HGTV star has officially moved on from her ex-husband as she would no longer live in the home they shared before separating.

The 38-year-old updated her Instagram Stories with a stunning picture of herself sitting by a wooden table with her youngest son Hudson, wrapped in a warm embrace.

The young boy, who shares his mother’s signature blond hair, radiated with happiness as his doting mother snuggled their faces together. This precious mother was captioned with:

“One week from today, we move into our new home @unbrokenjosh.”

As shared by TMZ, Haack scooped up the gorgeous mansion in Newport Beach for $12 million after selling her former home with Anstead in the same area.

The former couple previously lived in a luxurious 5-bedroom home with their blended family before ending their love story in 2021.

The purchase of the architectural masterpiece also came a month after the “Christina on the Coast” star sold the southern California property she bought less than a year ago.

According to the news outlet, the TV personality’s home in Dana Point was sold for $11.5 million, a lucrative deal that probably influenced the purchase of the real estate investor’s new pad.

However, this was not a solo venture, as sources clarified that the mother-of-three bought the mansion with her new husband.

For an exorbitant price of $12 million, the 7,000 square feet property featured beautifully crafted grounds with lush greenery, resort-like outdoor scenery, an impressive pool to chase away the summer heat, and a cozy movie theater.

Although the remarkable property stood in the exact location as her home with the “For the Love of Cars” co-presenter, it appeared the California native was ready to rewrite the memories she shared with her ex-husband.

Things have been rocky between the former spouses after Anstead accused his ex-wife of being an “absentee mom” and using their son Hudson for “social media clout.”

According to the motor specialist, the 38-year-old entertainer placed the young boy in a high-risk environment. However, the HGTV star countered his claims with a solid argument.

“The Wellness Remodel” author explained that she spent more than “9 full days each month” with Hudson and has never used their 2-year-old son for social media privileges.

The proud mother, who shares daughter Taylor and son Brayden with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, did not allow her public feud with the TV presenter to interfere with her children.

Taking to Instagram, the 38-year-old entertainer shared a rare picture of her sons Brayden and Hudson exhibiting brotherly love as the young boys held hands while beaming at the camera.

The brothers looked happy side-by-side as they sat on carpet-covered stairs, rocking similar ensembles featuring sweat jackets, unique trousers, and high-top shoes.

Naturally, fans flooded the adorable post with numerous comments that praised the siblings’ relationship and Haack’s remarkable parental skills.

The TV personality’s loyal followers have always supported the California native, especially during her ongoing custody battle with Anstead.

The “Ant Anstead Master Mechanic” host filed for full custody of their two-year-old son, claiming the HGTV star was not qualified to cater to Hudson’s needs.

However, the judge presiding over the case ruled in the mother-of-three’s favor because of the motor specialist’s inadequate display of concern for his child when the boy was under Haack’s guardianship.

During the legal proceedings, the “Christina in the Country” host claimed that her ex-husband tried to destroy her image with false narratives, while Anstead accused the 38-year-old of using their son for clout.
