Ghislaine Maxwell Suffering From Sleep Deprivation & Has Vermin In Her Jail Cell
Ghislaine Maxwell is still complaining about the conditions of her jail facility and now, her lawyer plans on using it in her already pending appeal.

The woman known as Jeffrey Epstein’s partner in crime is officially behind bars for her involvement with the deceased sexual abuser. No surprise here, Maxwell is not enjoying her time in lockup she claims that her situation is “inhumane”.
Maxwell is currently in FCI Tallahassee where she has shared with her lawyer that she was under so much distress during her trial in Brooklyn while staying at a Brooklyn detention center that it affected her mental health and choices during the high profile trial.
The British socialite and her lawyer Arthur L. Aidala have laid out some of her complaints. They claim she was kept in a cell “under inhumane conditions.” During her trial, she was subjected to “sleep deprivation,” and she allegedly couldn’t get proper access to her legal counsel.
Ghislaine Maxwell’s Appeal Reveals Mistreatment
The court docs obtained by Page Six also share that Maxwell was essentially starving during her time in Brooklyn. She supposedly was “malnourishment” and had to endure “living with vermin in her cell,” along with the “overall deplorable conditions” of the facility.
The statement went on to detail exactly how the conditions affected Maxwell during the several weeks her Brooklyn trial was taking place. “By the time of trial, she was so disoriented and diminished that she was unable meaningfully to assist in her own defense, much less to testify,” claimed her lawyer on Tuesday morning.
This is not the first time that Maxwell and her lawyer are making these claims. Back in January, they reached out to Page Six for an exclusive and told the publication that she “was so mistreated during her period of incarceration that it violated so many of her constitutional rights to defend herself.”
Ghislaine Maxwell Is Accusing The US Gov Of Abuse
Her lawyer went on to share that the US government is making life hard for Maxwell in a sense. “She was malnourished. And yet she’s supposed to sit for a trial [with her] life on the line … In the United States of America, anyone who’s accused of any crime should not be abused by the US government the way she was abused.”
He also insisted that “She did not get a fair trial … the judge ignored the many claims of malnourishment, living with vermin in her cell, lack of sleep, and overall deplorable conditions.”
Aidala is really taking the government and the judicial system to task with more dangerous claims like:
“There were also issues regarding their lack of access to her lawyers. This is all in violation of her fundamental constitutional rights and will be powerfully brought to the attention of the appellate courts.”
The appeal was officially filed this morning with the document specifically focusing on the media circus and how it affected the trial, the inhumane conditions, of course, and a juror who failed to share that they were sexually abused as a child, something that was supposed to be disclosed at the beginning.
In the court docs for Maxwell’s sentence, it says that she was not allowed to appeal for five years but seeing as she has all these “inhumane” complaints lined up, her team is attempting to bypass that.
