FA Cup quarter-final draw: When is it, how can I watch it, and what are ball numbers?

The quarter-finals of the 2022/23 FA Cup is right around the corner as teams from four different divisions continue battling it out for a ticket to Wembley.

Over the next two days, eight ties will take place to determine who will enter the next round, with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham all looking to move one step closer to the end of season showpiece.

Holders Liverpool are already out, which means a new champion will be crowned, but there's the small matter of racking up four successive victories before anyone can start dreaming of FA Cup glory.

When is the draw?

The draw for the quarter-finals will take place on Wednesday, March 1 – right after the conclusion of Tottenham's fifth-round clash with Sheffield United.

Kick off is at 19:55, which means the draw will likely begin around 22:00, though it will be pushed back if the match goes to extra time and penalties.

How can I watch the draw?

For UK viewers, the draw will be broadcast live on BBC One.

You can also watch it via either the BBC Sport website or on BBC iPlayer, as well as on the official FA Cup Twitter and Facebook pages.

When will the quarter-finals be played?

The matches will be played either on Saturday March 18, or Sunday March 19.
