‘RHOP’ Candiace Dillard Sued After Years Of Unsupported Accusations Against Co-Star
Candiace Dillard’s mouth has finally landed her in litigation. Andy Cohen said it would happen and here we are.
Candiace Dillard Being Sued By Michael Darby
The housewife is really going to have to find a way to curb her attitude and that mouth from now on because she has finally met someone who is willing to take legal action. Darby is suing Dillard for defamation.
Specifically, Michael is suing Candiace because of comments she made this season at Wendy Osefo’s “burn session” party. “Your husband likes to leave you and go to a man named [censored]’s house and suck his d**k,” she blurted out during the messy party.
It’s important to note that just before Candiace made this comment, Ashley Darby, Michael’s soon to be ex-wife claimed that Candiace’s husband Chris Bassett was “in people’s DMs” in a not so “innocuous” way.
Candiace doesn’t play about her man, in the same breath, she told Ashley that Michael paid for sex from this man as well.
Candiace Dillard And Ashley Darby Go Back And Forth
In a funny twist, Candiace is only on the show because her “friend” Ashley introduced her. the women ran the pageant circuit around the same time and knew one another in passing. They almost immediately couldn’t keep their friendship together.
The youngest of the bunch of women on the show, Candiace, and Ashley is known for going tit for tat over several things but nothing more than Michael Darby. Initially, Candiace expressed to Ashley that she thought she could find a better husband.
Candiace also brought cheating allegations to Ashley involving Michael and another woman in a hotel. A photo surfed on the internet of him in his boxers. What he was doing and who took the photo was not exactly known.
Michael Darby Is Sick Of Candiace Talking
The restaurateur is now suing Candiace for a hardcore $2 million. He is calling her “d**k sucking” allegations a load of crap and slapped the singer with a cease and desist regarding those claims and others she has made about his sex life on TV.
Michael is upset that Candiace has not retracted her statement. We didn’t think she ever had plans to do so, if anything, on the show, Candiace has doubled down on claims against Michael. But truth be told, the Australian reality star has had some messy moments and didn’t make things easy for himself.
Michael tends to drink a lot at some of the events and things get out of hand and he gets a little touchy. A RHOP producer claimed that Michael pinched his bottom at a filmed event. It even went as far as Michael having charges brought against him. They were later dismissed.
Robyn Dixon and Candiace also claimed that they heard Michael say he would “suck Juan’s d**k” at another group event. Some of the other women attested to seeing and hearing Michael do other sexually charged things but haven’t been as loud about it as Candiace has.
The drama between the women has dragged their spouses into the mix and now someone is paying for it.
