Contrary to popular belief, the "teen" category on Pornhub isn't necessarily about age.
Former erotic scriptwriter Noelle Purdue explained what the popular content actually involves.
The industry insider, who worked for Pornhub's parent company Mindgeek for three years, opened up about the popular content in a recent documentary.

She told the eye-opening Netflix show, Money Shot: The Pornhub Story, that it's actually more about looking young and having a petite body type.
This doesn't stop people from finding the kinky clips to be disturbing though.
In these instances, they are actively choosing to categorise themselves as "teens" – even when they're technically not.
The adult industry expert said: "There are a bunch of different levels in terms of how involved you want to be as somebody uploading content.
"The process is similar to uploading content to any other platform. You choose a file you want to upload – give it a title, a description, you can tag the people the video if you want.
"And then a certain number of tags for categorisation within the site."
Most adult performs would use as many tags as possible so that the search engines pick up the terms and reach to the audience.
And the more views they get, the more money they are likely to make.
