There are obviously MASSIVE spoilers ahead for The Last of Us TV series, The Last of Us Part 1, AND The Last of Us: Left Behind games.
1. First, in The Last of Us Episode 1, Sarah jokes that she got the money to fix Joel’s watch from “selling hardcore drugs,” which is a direct line from the game.
HBO / Naughty Dog3. And while Joel, Sarah, and Tommy are driving, they pass several things they also pass in the first game, like Jimmy’s place burning and the family on the side of the road.
