Emma Stone Visits Her Hometown For Some NBA and Taylor Swift Fun!
Who says you can’t go home? Emma Stone certainly doesn’t!
The actress, born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, recently visited the area and enjoyed an NBA game and a concert. Of course, once the internet caught wind of her fun, tons of photos and videos surfaced.
Emma Stone Visits Arizona And Fans On Social Media Document Her Fun!
During her visit to the Phoenix area with husband Dave McCary, she was seen at the Phoenix Suns vs. Orlando Magic game on Thursday night. While being courtside is exciting enough, Stone, 34, also got a big surprise that clearly made her night – a customized Suns jersey gifted to her by the team’s mascot, the Suns gorilla.

The NBA and Phoenix Suns shared a carousel of photos and a video on Instagram of Stone being given the gift box with her personalized jersey in it. She could barely contain her excitement over the thoughtful gift.
One follower pointed out her genuine reaction in the comment section writing, “She was legit geeked. That’s dope. Too many stars be trynna act too cool for school. She was genuinely hyped haha.” Another person added, “Emma Stone a true Phoenician.”
Another follower commented that Stone and McCary were also seen at another game earlier in the day. “Lmao they were just at the padres spring training game. They hittin all the sporting events today.?”
During her time at the game where the Suns beat the Magic 116-113, Stone also got the chance to take a snap with Suns star Devin Booker. Booker shared the photo in an Instagram Story.
Emma Stone Loves The NBA!
In June 2021 during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Stone talked about her love of the NBA and how it began. DeGeneres asked Stone if she’s a big basketball fan after being spotted at a Lakers’ game just a week prior.
“I’ve always loved basketball. I watched ‘The Last Dance’ with Michael Jordan, the Michael Jordan documentary, and that just, something flipped, in my brain and body and I was like, this is the most incredible sport,” she said. “So now I’m a next-level Suns fan. I’m from Phoenix.”
Since she was just spotted at a Lakers game, DeGeneres asked if she’s a Suns fan over a Lakers fan and she said, “Oh, very, very much so. Yes, very much so.”
Emma Stone Was Also Seen At Taylor Swift’s Concert While In Phoenix
Once the sports fun was done, it was time for some live music for the actress who attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Glendale, Arizona, right outside of Phoenix.
Twitter account, Taylor Swift Museum, caught Stone enjoying the concert and shared a clip.

That wasn’t the only clip to surface on social media of Stone enjoying the concert. TikTok account, oreoofficial also shared a clip of Stone dancing and singing along to Swift’s hit, “You Belong To Me.”
One viewer of the video commented, “EMMA IS A SWIFTIE. <333” Another person added, “Emma Stone is one of us.”
