Donning a checkered round-neck brown sweater and wearing a pair of glasses, Heming looked sad as she addressed her followers from the comfort of her home.

She began by saying, “So today is my husband’s birthday. I have started the morning by crying as you can see by my swollen face and snotty nose. I just think it’s important that you see all sides of this.”

She continued, “I always get this message or people always tell me, ‘Oh, you’re so strong. I don’t know how you do it.’ I’m not given a choice. I wish I was, but I’m also raising two kids in this.”

Explaining her emotions, the CocoBaba founder said, “Sometimes in our lives, we have to put our big girl panties on and get to it. And that’s what I’m doing. But I do have times of sadness, every day, grief every day, and I’m really feeling it today on his birthday.”

Being extremely vulnerable, she added in a shaky voice, “I worked on this [forthcoming] reel that I’m posting for my husband’s birthday. I don’t know why I do that to myself because the videos are like a knife in my heart. But as much as I do it for myself I do it for you because I know how much you love my husband,” she told fans before pausing to remind herself, “Don’t cry, Emma.”

The heartbroken model concluded the video by adding, “But it means so much to me, so thank you.” In a follow-up video, Heming posted the aforementioned reel on her page, set to Stevie Wonder’s classic song, “As.”

The montage was filled with happy moments spent with their little girls, Mabel, 10, and Evelyn, 8, as well as Bruce’s older children; Rumer 34, Scout, 31, and Tallulah, 29, whom he shares with his ex-wife Demi Moore.

Happy Birthday my sweet ?.” Admonishing her followers, she added, “My Birthday wish for Bruce is that you continue to keep him in your prayers and highest vibrations because his sensitive Pisces soul will feel it ? Thank you so much for loving and caring for him too ?.”
