A Place in the Sun's Danni Menzies was left speechless when guests ruled out their first property after spotting one "killer" feature.
Sisters Pamela and Sheila wanted to buy a holiday home in honour of their late mother and they had their eyes on the town of Oliva in Spain's Costa de Valencia.
They have a budget of £70,000 for a two-bedroom property with a specific requirement of having a brown wooden door.

Danni took them to view a traditional townhouse nestled in the Old Town area.

Sheila chimed in: "No I'd be sleeping up here, I think. And I'm struggling now, in 10 years what am I going to be like?"
Despite the sisters enjoyed the mountain view, they agreed that the roof terrace would be "the space we would never be able to use".
When Danni sent them off to have a detailed look in other parts of the house downstairs, she turned around to watch them leaving.
And at that moment, she saw Sheila crawling back down the stairs and realised: "I can see why the stairs can be a problem."
Walking down the flight of stairs, Sheila complained: "Oh Pam, these stairs. Such a shame becuase this is such a lovely space in the house, isn't it?"
Pamela added: "They are going to kill us. I think they'd be the death of us, love."
