Debi Mazar Defends ‘Beautiful’ Friend Madonna Amid Online Criticism Over Her Appearance
Debi Mazar is sticking up for her longtime friend Madonna.
After appearing at the 2023 Grammys earlier this year, the 64-year-old entertainer faced criticism over her appearance. She later showed off her “cute” face after the “swelling from surgery” had gone down.
In a new interview, Debi, 58, hit back at the criticism over Madonna’s appearance.

“I don’t pay attention to any of it,” Debi told Page Six. “I think Madonna is beautiful and I don’t pay attention to what people say about me or about anybody.”
“Everyone [on the internet] has an opinion these days and the only way really to survive, only the strong survive, is not to hear all the noise,” she continued.
“I think Madonna is beautiful,” Debi reiterated.
After the Grammys, Madonna spoke out on social media about all the attention that was on her appearance, rather than what she said in her introduction for Sam Smith and Kim Petras about fearless artistry.
