The reality TV star took a cold plunge in her little red bikini and decided to share the fun with her 177 thousand followers on Instagram! Take a look!

In her latest Instagram video, set to a remix of Matt Simons’ hit song “Catch and Release,” the mom-of-two stepped barefoot in front of the camera and pulled off her white hoodie to reveal a strapless red bikini, held together in the center by a single gold ring. She ties her long blonde hair back out of her face and counts down with her fingers before she turns around to face the pool.

She turns around and swings her arms as she hops into the water with a splash. The family dog rushes over to greet her as Aurora lifts herself out of the pool, water dripping from her body as she gets to her feet. However, it looks like Aurora isn’t done getting wet quite yet!

Instead, she heads into the hot tub, where her son is already waiting for her. She then helps her daughter get into the pool before Aurora hops out of the pool and then gets back in again. She then turns the camera on her kids, who say “hi” to the camera.

Fans Can’t Get Enough Of Aurora’s Hot and Cold Therapy!

In the caption, Aurora wrote, “Holt/cold therapy with the babes. Ps check out Solei’s yip shtick.” Fans were in love with the adorable display for her two kids. “Remi putting his arm around his little sister,” one fan commented. “Remi is your twin and Solei is Sophia’s twin. So adorable!” another follower wrote.

Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time that the mom-of-two has shown her followers how she practices her “hot and cold” therapy. Earlier this year, she soaked in a hot tub in a black bikini before she hopped out and belly-flopped straight into a pile of snow!

In early February, the social media sensation took to Instagram yet again to share a video of her enjoying the hot tub in a little black bikini. Even though Aurora is surrounded by snow, she is keeping warm… until she decides to climb out and make her way down the snowy wooden steps.

Aurora makes her way over the patio and then climbs onto the railing, using the large pile of snow beside her to support herself. The video freezes in midair as Aurora throws herself onto the pile of snow Superman-style. She contorts her face in pain as she lands belly-first on the snow, but appears fine as she hops back down on the patio.

At first, she starts jumping up and down in excitement before she starts dancing, flipping her blonde hair about. The video ends with a freeze-frame on Aurora’s face when she landed, while Elaine Stritch’s “Are You Having Any Fun?” plays in the background.

In the caption, Aurora wrote, “Not exactly fresh pow (as the gnar shredders would say) but exhilarating nevertheless! Deer Valley, Utah. @vrbo.” The Vrbo Instagram account commented, “Expectations vs reality. We’re glad you had a nice Vrbo and hot tub to warm up in.”

Sister Olivia left two comments. The first said, “Snow just looks so soft and lush” while the second warned, “Iceberg ahead!!!!!!!” Friend Ashley Marie Kelsey commented, “Girl hahaha I thought you were gonna sink right in.” Another follower agreed, writing, “Definitely not a soft landing!”
