The expectant mom was asked if she had baby names. In response, she revealed, “A few. We both had ideas. I come from a family where I’m named Rumer, and my sisters are Scout and Tallulah, so I knew that I wanted something interesting, unique, and different. Thankfully, my partner was super down.”

However, she disclosed that she’s torn between waiting for her baby to arrive before deciding on a name or just deciding on a name before the baby’s arrival.

“But then there’s a part of me too, that I feel like I have to see [the baby]. It’s such a weird sensation where you’re like, “I love this kid, this little person so much, but I don’t necessarily know them, so I have to see who they are and see if that fits.”

When asked for the baby’s gender, the actress noted that she wanted to keep it under wraps. “It’s a surprise,” she declared. The Broadway star then revealed her plans to have more kids. She relayed that she was from a large family and enjoyed her siblings’ comfort ande would want that for her family too.

She explained, “The more, the merrier. I’m like, let’s go. I’m one of five sisters. Even though we’re from two separate litters, I can’t imagine not having siblings. We are so close. My sisters are my best friends. I can’t imagine not giving my kids that.”

Further in the interview, the expectant mom talked about the qualities the Willis family had that she wanted her child to have. Rumer expressed, “We’re so goofy, all of us, and just weird. We’re a family of weirdos, and I love that so much. I hope that that is engendered in this child, just the silliness and goofiness.”

She added, “I think my mom had that. My dad had that. My sisters… That’s my favorite thing. Laughing with my family. I have a crazy laugh, and so does my partner, so I’m probably the most curious to see what it sounds like.”

As for a tradition Rumer was eager to recreate with her child, she spoke of the Christmas holidays. The “Air Strike” actress expressed, “Christmas, when we were little, was always a big deal. I feel like being able to do Christmas again where there’s that delight. But also, I’m so excited to create new ones.”

The ‘Sorority Row’ Actress Would Have A ‘Non-medicated’ Birth

While the 34-year-old awaits her baby, she prepares for the birth process. As The Blast reported, days ago, the soon-to-be mom showed fans a product helping her prepare for an unmedicated birth.

In the clip Rumer shared, she donned a white robe while discussing a massaging tool that helped her with a perineal massage. Rumer pointed out that she had begun to think about pelvic floor work as she approached her third semester and needed to get knowledge about it.

Thankfully, she stumbled on a company on Instagram that sold the perfect perineal massager. The singer displayed the tool, which was purple colored, before explaining its importance. According to Rumer, as one’s baby bump increases, ireachingover the belly for a massage becomes difficult, and the product comes in handy.

Rumer further shared her experience with the product. “I have to say this has been such a game changer and made me feel so much more confident about my ability just to be.”

“I don’t know, more surrendered, really relaxed, really find places in your pelvic floor where you’re holding tension and learn how to let those places go and just prepare myself so I can have an easier birth.’

She echoed the same helpful experience in the caption, writing, “I feel so much more prepared for my non-medicated birth because of this thing.”
