Lea Michele Marks 28 Years On Broadway With Gratitude And Joy

The singer is among the talented few fortunate enough to grace its stages for nearly three decades. On her Instagram page, she shared throwback pictures of herself as a youngster holding flowers to the next slide that showed her performing with a co-star.

The following images were of her on stage in character as a young woman. The last saw her in a red dress, holding flowers and taking a bow alongside other cast members. The proud songwriter wrote in the caption:

“April 6th marked 28 years of living this incredible dream of performing on Broadway. At the young age of 8 years old, I made my Broadway debut. Now five shows and 28 years later to still be on the stage, I’m so grateful to be able to STILL be doing what I love so so very much. ❤️.”

Former Co-Worker Accuses Lea Michele Of Bad Behavior On Set Of ‘The Mayor’

Two months ago, in February, The Blast reported on how Laura Eletel made a video claiming that the star was rude and difficult to work with on the set of “The Mayor.” The woman alleged that the actress’s behavior was not limited to her but extended to other cast and crew members.

In the now-deleted clip, Eltel discussed her experience working as a background regular on the show and stepping in as her stand-in while filming episodes 7 out of 12. She claimed that Michele displayed a cold and distant demeanor during the script reading and review of the director’s notes. Only for the “Ragtime” star to address her rudely when she decided to acknowledge her.

Another example of her inappropriate behavior was throwing fits and failing to show up promptly on set. Eltel alleged that the actress was motivated to keep the job, as she was facing backlash over accusations of being “racist, mean, and aggressive” on the set of “Glee.”

The last instance given was when Michele nearly got cursed by one of her colleagues, Yvette Nicole Brown, on the last day of filming.
