Savannah Chrisley Gushes About Dad Todd Being A ‘Better Man’

There is no doubt that Savannah Chrisley is a proud daughter who would not hesitate to fawn over her beloved father.

The Chrisley family name took reality TV by storm in 2014 with their over-the-top lifestyles and real family drama and problems in the “Chrisley Knows Best” show. As the show progressed through its ten seasons, we saw the family’s bond and love for each other.

Years later, the admiration for the family is not lost on Savannah, who is standing by her multimillionaire real estate developer father, Todd Chrisley, and her mother, Julie Chrisley, as they serve their combined 19 years jail sentences for financial crimes.

The reality star quickly stopped by Instagram to share a lovely picture of a book in honor of her father. The image showed the book’s title, “BE THE DAD She Needs You to Be,” in bold font. The book by New York Times Best-Selling Author Dr. Kevin Leman must have been a must-read for Todd because Savannah noted that she found it by his bedside table.

The book also featured several pictures of a girl child and her father from when she was born to when she walked down the aisle. A tagline on the surface read, “The Incredible Imprint a Father Leaves on His Daughter’s Life.”

Across the post, the “Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley” podcaster wrote, “This one hit hard… this book is my dad. He put in the work in every single day… I couldn’t ask for a better man.”

Savannah had the same level of grief a few days before she shared this book on her Insta Story. The Blast shared how difficult it was for the Chrisley daughter to spend her first Easter holiday without her parents.

A week ago, the doting daughter posted a motion video of various decorations on her fridge to her Instagram page. The brief clip was set to Miranda Lambert’s “The House That Built Me,” and it revealed different snapshots of the Chrisleys’ kin on the home appliance.

Handwritten scriptures, including Psalm 23:4, read, “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me,” were next to the images.

The collection of memories saw the 25-year-old alongside her brothers Grayson and Chase, her niece Chloe, her grandmother Nanny Faye and her parents. In the post’s caption, the Sassy By Savannah founder partly wrote about her misery since her folks’ incarceration. In her words:

“As this holiday weekend rolls around, all I feel is grief. In 25 years, I have never spent a single holiday without my sweet mama and daddy. Not only is Easter this weekend… but my daddy’s birthday is tomorrow.”

Over the weekend, Todd celebrated his 54th birthday in prison. It was an emotional roller coaster for his children as they put out tear-jerking messages on his behalf. The Blast reported that the TV personality shared a selfie featuring the once-united family on top of a high mountain in their different fur coat colors.

The social media influencer expressed her feelings in the birthday caption. She wished him a happy birthday, then added, “It’s been 80 days… 80 days since I last received a ‘goodnight my angel’ text or ‘I love you more.’ GEEZZ, how I miss them”!!

Savannah’s tribute was followed by her elder brother Chase Chrisley, who posted photos featuring him and his middle-aged father over the years. He began his birthday homage by writing:

“Words can’t describe how much I miss you, this will be the first birthday of yours and mine that we won’t be together but we are together in spirit.”

Chase added that he loved his father and he was proud of him regardless of the present situation. Finally, he noted, “We live in a broken world with a broken system, but I believe we will be together soon! Until then, I love you, and we will hold it down! Happy Birthday, Boss.”
