A Place in the Sun host mortified as guest immediately refuses to view property
A Place in the Sun presenter Lee Juggernauth was left mortified after a guest gave a "definite no" to a property after just moments after she stepped through the door.
In the episode, which repeated on Channel 4 tonight (April 19), the property expert was enlisted to help a woman named Harriet find her dream holiday home in Spain's Costa Blanca.
But he very quickly realised how challenging it would be to find a property that lived up to the buyer's expectations as she point blank refused to look around one of the homes he picked out for her within seconds of crossing the threshold.

The 34-year-old host was seen trying to find his guest Harriet her dream Spanish holiday home within her £110,000 budget.

Harriet agreed to take a look inside the living room and Lee asked her what she thought of the interior.
She branded the apartment as "claustrophobic" and matter-of-factly told Lee it was a "definite no".
"I know what you're saying that it's a bigger living space [than the first property] but I can see the kitchen from here and there would be no kitchen left if I knocked that wall out," she bluntly added.
"It's still too small, and I don't like the arches and the little rooms."

Harriet explained she wanted a home that had a large amount of space so she could socialise with her friends and family.
"I'm not into ultramodern but this is a little bit dated for me," she added.
When Lee asked if she wanted to explore the rest of the property, Harriet assertively replied saying "no" as it "wasn't doing it" for her.
The rest of the properties also didn't meet her expectations as she didn't make an offer on any of the homes seen in the show.
