Halsey Shares Cute Photo Of Son Ender Amid Custody Battle With Ex
Halsey is not letting anything stop her from enjoying every moment with her baby boy Ender, not even the custody battle with her ex Alev Aydin.
The former couple, who were together for nearly four years, broke up amicably and planned on co-parenting their only son, with Halsey requesting full custody.
Nevertheless, as the songstress seeks full physical custody, she flaunted the toddler to her social media followers, obscuring his face yet showing how adorable he looked.
Halsey Shows Off Her Son In An Italy-Themed Jersey In Sweet Instagram Post
Halsey loves every moment with little Ender and never fails to capture such moments. She recently uploaded a photo of the tot on her Instagram Story, showing him in a blue jersey paired with white socks and matching sneakers.
His jersey included shorts and a shirt with white and red stripes on its short sleeves. His back was captured, showing the number 10 boldly printed in white below Italy’s flag on his shirt.
The nearly two-year-old was also snapped trying to get something from a nearby shelf, revealing his partly bound brown curls with some left down, touching his collar.
The musician’s update comes a few weeks after she asked a judge to grant her full physical custody of Ender via a petition filed to determine the parental relationship with Aydin. The filing was used by parents who were not married but shared a child “to establish child custody, visitation, and child support.”
In the documents obtained by The Blast, Halsey indicated that she wanted her ex to nurture the boy fully. In that light, the September-born wants visitation to be given to the father of her child, specifically “reasonable visitation,” according to her lawyers.
The petition would legalize the whole affair and establish a custody schedule. Besides, Halsey filed the requisition to reportedly be permitted to travel with Ender since she and Aydin were never married.
Despite including visitation for the screenwriter in the filing, she still asked the court to give them both “joint” legal custody, giving Aydin the same rights as Halsey to make crucial decisions for their child, like schooling, medical issues, and religion.
Per the filing, Ender has resided with his parents for the past year and eight months in L.A., from February until the filing. The “Bad At Love” songstress also requested the court to order that she and her ex split the costs of establishing paternity and their attorney’s charges.
It is important to note that she hired a “compelling” legal representative, possibly hinting at what was happening with the parents.

Halsey has not only moved on from Aydin but also parted ways with her grand Calabasas home after putting it on the market for $11.95 million.
Per The Blast, the tucked-away property features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with the driveaway well-equipped with an automatic gate and a garage to hold more than four cars.
The home has three stories, a heated pool, a spa, mountain and water views, and a private creek in the backyard. It was built in 1991, but the three-time Billboard Music Awards winner has lived there since 2021 after buying it from Liam Payne, an ex-member of One Direction.
She paid $10.1 million for the asset at the time, implying she would profit over a million dollars with the sale after occupying the property for less than three years.
Halsey and Aydin called it quits not long before her plans to sell, which seemed sudden but was said to be mutual. Although the duo was not always open about their relationship, such was not the case for their split as it was hard to conceal details.
The 28-year-old and the Turkish-American first sparked dating rumors when they were seen together at a Lakers game in L.A. in 2019.
The following year, they got matching tattoos, and in 2021, Halsey confirmed their relationship by announcing she was pregnant with their first child. She also divulged that amid her pregnancy, she was not necessarily hoping to tie the knot before getting pregnant, even though the former partners had discussed marriage.
