The renowned American TV personality recently shared some heartwarming moments from the early stages of her pregnancy journey. After giving birth to her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa in January, she has kept it accurate by sharing the joys and challenges of new mummyhood.

The successful real estate agent remained candid about her experiences while pregnant and as a new mother with her followers on social media. Now, in a post to her Instagram page, Heather decided to revisit the moment she found out she was carrying a baby.

The reel, done in collaboration with First Response Pregnancy, showed the moment the mother-of-one found out she was expecting before heading out to surprise her beau with a box that contained her positive test kits and a cute gray baby onesie.

The footage also contained moments including their baby shower, gender reveal, in the hospital after his birth, and after they left and were settled at home. The video ended with the blonde beauty leaning over the bathroom sink as the words “.. and to think it all started with one test” flashed across the screen.

Her caption read, “#ad Feels like I blinked and our lives changed forever ❤️ and to think it all started with a @firstresponsepregnancy test that I almost blew off….” The former model recalled her husband advising her to take a pregnancy test because her period was two days late.

She did and was initially dismissive but was shocked to find out that she was indeed pregnant, which left her feeling shocked and overwhelmed with happiness. The reality TV star explained further:

“I wanted to double check, so I used First Response Early Result to confirm it, and honestly- using a pregnancy test that I knew was accurate and that I knew I could trust helped me be at ease.”

She noted that the test can detect pregnancy six days earlier than a missed period. Finally, she appreciated the company, emphasizing their trustworthiness and significant role in her pregnancy journey.

In the post caption, she wrote, “POV: you have a front-row seat to the best view in the whole wide world ??.” The actress, who already has stepchildren, Taylor and Brayden, through her husband’s first marriage, acknowledged that raising a baby was a unique experience.

It compelled her to appreciate the small things she may have overlooked before, and she mentioned that it contrasted with her typically fast-paced and glamorous life. She concluded by expressing her gratitude for finding balance in her life and emphasized her disbelief that their son Tristan was their own.
