Model Paulina Porizkova Reveals How She ‘Got Lucky’ In Love
Model Paulina Porizkova had to kiss a few frogs to meet a prince!
The divorced mother of two has been in the dating pool, but it looks like she has finally found her match (on Raya, no less!) The author of “No Filter: The Good, The Bad, and The Beautiful” is now dating “Will & Grace” showrunner Jeff Greeinstein.
The new couple’s relationship has been picture-perfect so far, leading many fans to wonder just how it is that Paulina managed to get lucky in love!
Model Paulina Porizkova Reveals How She ‘Got Lucky’ In The ‘Middle-Aged Dating Pool’
On Monday afternoon, the “Anna” actress took to Instagram to share an adorable photo of her smiling for the camera with her long hair pulled back into a ponytail behind her. Jeff has his eyes closed as he kisses her cheek and snaps the selfie.
“I’ve often described the middle-aged dating pool as a muddy puddle. So did it change? Nope. It’s definitely a dirty little puddle. So, how did I get lucky? It’s all in the numbers!” Paulina wrote in the caption. “My single girlfriends told me this a while back when I just started to splash around in it. ‘You just set date after date, don’t invest much in the first date- and go through as many as you have the time for.'”
“This is what I did. I’ve been on about forty or so dates in the last three years,” she admitted, before adding, “It turns out that it IS in fact in the numbers. By the time you’re a well-seasoned age, the dating pool consists of mostly divorcées, those permanently not-really-available, and a few widows and widowers. People with no relationship issues are happily married or in long-term relationships!”
Paulina Found Her Prince By ‘Kissing A Lot Of Lovely Frogs’
“What’s on the market are mostly the wares that are either being returned, or return of their own volition, because they are convinced there are superior takers who just haven’t showed up yet. So, this dating pool is in fact a puddle of seventy percent of people who have serious commitment issues,” she continued. “Although I didn’t have ‘commitment issues’, I certainly had relationship issues.”
“One of those was falling for those with commitment issues. This part I had to relearn,” she confessed. “Three years of intense self-work and kissing a lot of lovely frogs. And that’s how I found my prince.” She capped off her post with the hashtags #betweenjloandbettywhite, #dating, #midlifedating, #thedatingpuddle, and #wellseasonedwomen.
Fans and famous friends love that Paulina is finally happy in her relationship! “Beyond thrilled for you two!” one fan commented. “You give me hope,” another follower wrote. “I am so happy for you! I found my prince when I was 60! We are 3 1/2 years strong and are moving in together next month,” a third fan shared. Paulina replied to the comment with a single red heart emoji.
Paulina Has Found A Clever New Way To Snap A Selfie!
While on vacation together in Paris, France, Jeff posted a single photo to Instagram that featured his warped reflection in the back of her phone screen. Paulina is smiling at him as she leans over the side of her phone. “Best portrait of me ever taken, he wrote in the caption.
“I guess love IS blind,” Paulina commented. “What does that mean? Just curious,” one fan replied. “It means that looks don’t matter when you truly love someone. True love is instinctual, primal…” another follower chimed in. Another fan wrote, “I think she’s just being silly and referencing his skewed reflection. I wouldn’t dig too deep on this,” to which Paulina replied, “Exactly.”

Earlier this month, Paulina shared a side-by-side photo of them each deleting the Raya app in another Instagram post, so it looks like the two are really official! Although they’ve only been dating for a few months, it sounds like fans can already hear the wedding bells!
