Gymnast Nastia Liukin wore a black bikini underneath her pink see-through dress at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit release party on Thursday.
The Russian-born former American artistic gymnast turns heads as she posed for photos on the red carpet at the star-studded event.

On Saturday, the five-time Olympian champion took to Instagram to share a whole carousel full of photos featuring her posing in a pink see-through dress. Her long blonde hair was pulled up into a high ponytail that spilled down over her shoulders. Nastia complimented her sheer pink dress with strappy open-toe pink heels that showed off her pedicure.
“Thank you @mj_day + @si_swimsuit for having me… the best weekend CELEBRATING such insanely bada** beautiful women,” she wrote in the caption. Former pageant queen Jena Sims Koepka commented “So fun finally hanging!!!” alongside three fire emojis while House of Preservation co-founder Brittany Ricketts called Nastia “my little red carpet princess.”
Fans were equally impressed by Nastia’s pink dress. “Gorgeous as always. Happy Saturday,” one fan commented. “Perfect color. Thanks for sharing,” another follower wrote. “And bada** beautiful shoes and feet,” a third fan chimed in. “I love your long sexy blonde hair, Nastia Liukin,” another follower gushed. “You are gorgeous,” another fan agreed. “So gorgeous and flawless,” another follower wrote.
“I love the pink dress and open-toe high heels you are wearing in your pics,” another fan chimed in. “So stunning,” another follower gushed. “Looking good,” another fan commented. “Love ittttt,” another follower exclaimed as fans showered her post with the compliments of “gorgeous,” “stunning,” and “beautiful.” Although fans loved Nastia’s outfit, she wasn’t the only one who showed up to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit release party in a see-through outfit!
Megan Fox Joins Nastia And The See-Through Dress Trend!
While Nastia wore a bright pink dress, “Jennifer’s Body” actress Megan Fox wore long, bright pink nails to compliment her see-through dress, which put her toned abs on full display for her fans. The black dress featured a see-through panel over her toned abs along with long sleeves and a scooping neckline with black trim. The long dress draped down to the red carpet, hiding her heels.
The “Transformers” actress also took to Instagram to share a carousel full of photos from the night, captioning it, “Queen of wands.” Many fans missed the reference to the tarot card; however, as one fan explained, “The key meanings of the Queen of Wands: Career-oriented. Hard worker. Honest. Independent and home-loving.”
Machine Gun Kelly was also photographed on the red carpet, but the two did not pose for photographs together. The two met while filming “Midnight on the Switchgrass” in 2020 and became engaged in January 2022, but their wedding plans came to a screeching halt on Super Bowl weekend earlier this year.
It still is unclear what happened between the couple, but Fox posted a quote about “dishonesty” on her Instagram page and most of her photos and videos that featured them together as a couple, including the video that featured their engagement. She deleted her Instagram shortly after, and only returned to make a statement denying any “third party interference” in their relationship.
“There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind,” Fox wrote in an Instagram post in early April that has since been deleted. “That includes, but is not limited to actual humans, DMs, Al bots or succubus demons.”
“While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now,” she added.
On Friday, a source told PEOPLE that the wedding plan has been put on hold, as MGK is still in the “dog house.” The insider said that “They are slowly working on reconciling but he’s totally in the dog house still.”
The insider also told the magazine that MGK is doing “whatever he can to get her back, and she’s making him work for it. It’s still an unhealthy dynamic though, and their friends just don’t see this lasting.”
It doesn’t look like Nastia and Megan snapped any photos together at the star-studded event, although fans would have loved to see them together in their see-through dresses!
This also isn’t the first time that Nastia wore a see-through dress. She recently wore a purple bikini underneath a long-sleeve silver dress that fans can see by clicking here!
