The warm (and somewhat sweaty) embrace of summer is here, which means some absolutely incredible movies are coming to theaters and premiering on streaming! With that in mind, we rounded up 38 films premiering in summer 2023 (aka May 2023 through August 2023) that you’re not going to want to miss! Ready? I sure hope so! Here we go:

1. Hypnotic

Based on the memoir A Boy, a Burrito and a Cookie: From Janitor to Executive by Richard Montañez, this movie follows Montañez — who was a janitor for Frito-Lay — as he claims to have invented Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
